I'd give Robinson a majority of the carries and use AG more like how we want to use Samuel. Get him the ball outside in space. Not going through the line of scrimmage very often. So frustrating.
Gibson was an absolute td machine in college at receiver. Lethal in open space. Don't think he was ever meant to really run between the tackles. They need to look at him playing receiver more although there is a lot of dudes already.

Good to see. They may be done with AG at the lead back. This could work out better for AG anyway. Less pressure to be the top guy and could thrive more as a 3rd down back/receiver. Rivera may realize AG's fumbling issues are real unfortunately right now.

As he should. But the "Two-Headed Monster" is still in play. I choose to believe that AG can solve his fumbling problem. Tiki Barber nearly wrecked his NFL career because of his fumbling but he committed to fixing it and he did. He went on to have an excellent career.

That gives me an idea. Maybe someone could put AG in touch with Tiki to talk about beating the fumbling bug.

AG has been on punt protection team today, noted by those at camp as had not been seen before

Wow...

That is considerable - considering the amount of bodies they have in camp right now. Why would you use your #1 RB for those type duties...

I honestly don't think he's the clear cut #1 currently. I think Rivera is serious about a competition now. They are tired of the fumbles. The punt duty is surprising though.

Doc compared him to Stephen Davis ... only saw a few carries but I could see it, one cut up field, could narrow his body to slide through semi holes and always falls forward for 2 extra yards.

--------------

“He’s a perfectionist,” Jordan said. “So he may break off 20 yards, and I’m back there clapping, and I’m like, ‘Great job.’ He’s pissed because he didn’t go for 40.”

Jordan recommended that Washington spends a draft pick on Robinson, even though their current backfield contained Antonio Gibson and J.D. McKissic. In today’s era with the committee-style approach of running the ball, Robinson is set to get his fair share of carries.

------------

Logan Paulsen was praising his foot work and is very high on him.

Hip injury. Hope it's nothing serious. He's underrated IMO, and can play 3 positions. I could see him start over Trai Turner if healthy.
