Redwolves was never going to happen... It's already used with Ark State and if I remember correctly they were in a legal fight with someone else already that was trying to use that name.
Here is another quote Damn Rick Snider on the Radio said he's hearing anything wolves is out on the WFT new name because of trademark issues. Apparently the Minnesota Timber wolves have a say and they're not budging. Everyone get prepared for Commanders.

Also I highly doubt it will be "D.C" anything.. They won't take Washington out of the name.

There are hundreds of thousands of teams in America. Every regular name possible is already taken by someone, somewhere.
We need to go real random, if we want to be OGs. I'm going with Civets.  I used this random animal generator to find this one. https://www.randomlists.com/random-animals Looks like a cat had sex with a racoon. But no one has this name.

I think that[Commanders]is gonna be it for some reason, it might also be[Sentinals] just a feeling, of course I still like[Archives]but who cares what I like??

I know I'll end up getting on board with any name they pick... cuz what choice do I have ?
But Commanders is really the one that would disappoint me the most... You know I'm all in on Redwolves/Wolves, but: -Defenders, Renegade, Armada, Sentinels etc... I could see how it could be made cool with a nice logo and all -Any Hogs option I'd have actually enjoyed. Easy to be made fun of, but unique and roots in our history -Warriors... not creative but easy to have a dope logo and identity ... But Commanders ? Really ? Why so serious...
