Re: Day 3 thread rounds 4-7
Apke 4.34 in the 40.
It’s a boom or bust. Mayock loves him, others say too much to learn. We already have a backup safety in Deshazor Everett who is limited athletically but knows the game. Happy to see us roll the dice on a guy who could really put it together if he studies the game and learns from DJ and Monte. And at 4.34 you’re talking about a serious asset on punt and kick coverage.

Yeah, I can't remember a better draft, even the decisions with moving up and down were will executed.

I hope we pick up JC Jackson from Maryland, this guy should not have gone undrafted.

Re: Day 3 thread rounds 4-7
Jahri Evans (G, 34 years old, 71,7 PFF grade), Mike Person (C/G, 29y, 70,5pff), Brian Schwenke (C/G, 27y, 67,1pff) are all available and could be decent short term solutions to complete our OL!
(by comparison, Lauvao 30 years old, has a 38,3 grade, and Kouandjio, 26 has a 49...)

Re: Day 3 thread rounds 4-7
Obviously we won't know what this draft will be for a while. But to get another bull in Payne to help plug up the middle, as well as Settle, we have to be happy about that. Then to move back, get a 3rd rounder back and still get a potentially elite back, great job there by the front office. And w/ Trent's injuries we really needed to get a young tackle in the mix. Overall really like what we've done so far. Yes we are missing a guard but I guess they have confidence in Arie. Maybe the light came on for the guy last year. We'll see.

Re: Day 3 thread rounds 4-7
we did a solid job on paper, I would expect 2 or 3 guys from this draft to be around for a few years, the other guys prob wont be. JUst how it works
