Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread

The question is; which one of these teams will be he most overrated at 2-0?

Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread

This game I'm worried about a little, hope team is not looking past the Cards to next Monday Night against hated Cowboys. We cannot afford for both Rak and LaRon to be out . I guess our back ups are going to have to step up like Zo and Reed. Reed cannot get beat deep again like he did against the G-men. If I recall last time Fitz played the Skins he got behind our db's for a TD.

Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread

Beanie Wells projected to have 21 points this week in fantasy football? Yikes! I'm also starting Grossman over Matt Schaub, so hopefully he pulls it out for me!

Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread

I have Grossman and Schaub, but am not sure who to start. Newton looked good against the Card's secondary but look at what Brady did to Miami and that's who Schaub is playing. I know Schaub is no Brady but their Secondary seems suspect as well. You think Grossman is the right call?

Re: Skins vs Cardinals pre-game thread

Skins 19
Cards 7

The Skins will get one big play for a TD but the Cards have a good Red Zone defense.

For some reason I'm feeling really optimistic, the Redskins finally blow out a team:

Skins: 41

Cards: 10

Just from what I have read, this doesn't sound like a team that is looking past anybody. I think they understand the task at hand this week. That is evident by them NOT taking Victory Monday. They seem pretty focused. They will have an extra day to prepare for the Cowboys anyway, and I would much rather LaRon and Rak miss some time today to have them healthy for the divisional opponent. No reason to risk anything by pushing them back too fast.

Skins 27
Cards 23

With or without LL and Rak

Mike Jones is reporting all WRs on the field except for Austin.

Per Chris Russell: Orakpo warming up, skipping around, planting and accelerating off right ankle, not taped up outside yet. #Redskins

Me too, but then I'm like that before every game.

This will tell us whether we have the 'same ol skins' or if they've really turned over a new leaf.
