yes sir. Keep in mind cam is a bigger body than Luck, so Cams is going to be more impressive, but damn, I knew Luck was fast but not that fast. Sucks we won't get him.

Russell Wilson ran a 4.55, I would love him as a backup.

I think that guy might turnout to be the draft steal a few years from NOW if someone gives him a chance seems like a smart QB.

He is. Very well spoken. Played minor league ball for the Rockies so he has professional sports experience already. I'd like to see us take him later in the draft.

Re: The Official 2012 NFL Combine Thread

Every year I watch the QBs throw and every year I hate the way they cover it.

You don't get to see every QB make every throw.
I mean how hard can it be? They only make about 20 somthingish throws each.
Then when the finally post the video capsule of each prospect they still don't show all the throws.

steps off soapbox....

Anybody want to talk the QBs?

I expected Foles to wow with arm strength from the 1st group but he was only okay.
He didn't separate himself like I thought he would and his footwork was predictably sloppy.

Jordan Jefferson really surprised with impressive velocity.
Cousins threw the ball well and showed nice rhythm with his footwork.

From the second group I was impressed with Weeden's velocity, if there was 1 guy that embraced the 'grip and rip it' mantra it was Weeden, even though he was off target on a couple of throws.
Wilson was on the money with almost every throw I saw and threw the ball with a nice rhythm to his footwork and good velocity.
Moore even despite his noticeable lack of armstrength is usually on time with his throws.

Darron Thomas was turrible

Re: The Official 2012 NFL Combine Thread

Turned it on for 5 minutes and then had to turn it off. Having QB's run winds sprints is just ridiculous.
