While I completely agree with that statement, you know it is bad when even the announcers are making comments about the team.

Shanny can't take all the heat, but definitely most of it. He needed to bitch slap RG III a while back and manned up. RG III will probably go down in history as the biggest hype job in the NFL of all time. The kid was a multimillionaire before he took his first snap from all of the endorsements.

I hope I am wrong with RG III, but I don't see any offensive geniuses that are available for the HC job. To make it work you need to develop a hybrid offense to really get RG III up to his full athletic potential as a QB.
