Nothing to do with the salary cap. It's cost versus value. He's either going to restructure his contract or get cut. With his injuries the past couple years, definitely won't be on the squad carrying that figure.

there has been some rumor of the Pats and Dallass both interested in Mario Williams, now if dallas has him and ware? LOOK OUT..

The Pats would make more sense, since they are running a 4-3 defense. That'd be pretty ridiculous with Williams and Wilfork on that d-line.
