So true....our good history is so history now that we don't have any good history.

My pick for the moment would be Lovie Smith or Shaw. Lovie has a proven track record and winning record. Shaw has extensive NFL experience and proven college HC experience. |

The same goes for Todd Bowles who I would like to see back in DC. With that said, it's just not ex redskins players. No one wants to see Tre Johnson or Tydus Winans as the redskins next coach. |

Mike Shanahan is averaging more than a million dollars per win.

Get it straight. It's not 20 years of losing ... It's 20 years of mind numbing mediocrity.
Have some pride.

Re: Choose Your 2014 Redskins Head Coach (Volume 2)
I think what Gruden's doing with Dalton more falls under the umbrella of managing a quarterback rather than developing him -- you'd rather have the QB developer -- but either is a better approach than what we have going on here.

Re: Choose Your 2014 Redskins Head Coach (Volume 2)
It irritates me the best HC prospects are likely to prefer Houston and other franchises before DC. Dan will pay top dollar and we have a franchise QB. We have a lot to offer as a franchise. What the deuce??

Russ Grimm is a proven developer of O-line talent. He has created two strong line that went to the Super Bowl (Steelers and Cardinals). He also developed the Jon Jansen and Chris Samuels. Russ would fix the O-Line.
