I was listening to the Football Today podcast a few days ago, they were talking the Bills releasing Fred Jackson and saying that the team wanted to release him earlier in the offseason, but ownership stopped that. I laughed when I heard b/c some people here swear we're the only team with problems.

Yeah everyone has drama no doubt. Fans live in a fishbowl and think everything only happens to their team.

Very good post Buffalo Bob, all great points. I definitely agree that the days of the dual threat QB are near an end.

For me, the hiring of Scot M. really was a watershed event for this franchise. It got me looking forward to the future of my favorite football team. I want all of this RGIII stuff to be in our review mirror as soon as possible so I can forget about it.

And nothing would make us all forget about it by seeing Cousins WIN.

Winning eases all strife.

It really does. Winning makes all the non-football stuff irrelevant, which was part of my point in that speech a page back. When you don't win, it matters.

ROFL. A little side tracked on this....but since Dianna Russini dropped the RG3 story, I found this fitting. Scott's wife dropping the bomb on her.

If this is real, Scot must be pissed about the leak.

I thought Scot was divorced a few years ago and was just dating the women he moved to the desert with? i guess they got married.

Skins are now saying it wasn't really her though.

Since the original tweet thread was eliminated, I had to Google it, but all I can say is WOW.

The 'dog-and-pony' show Crap surrounding the Redskins.

Re: Cousins to start 2015 Season

A great response would be, "Mrs. McCloughan -- please ask your husband. Perhaps he kept count."

Actually, I fully expect someone to tweet that an intern actually posted that comment.

Re: Cousins to start 2015 Season

Gruden bashing continued today with Ryan Clark saying he wasn't ready for skins HC job.

Just don't feel like he will survive. If he gets to year 3 it will be mighty impressive IMO.

Gruden still has a lot to prove, that much is certain. I think he's coaching for his job as well.
