My guess is Shanahan saw RG3's success at baylor with short fast WR's, so thats why he's signing Garcon, royal, and morgan.

There both pushing 6'1'' but strong builds too. Not skinny guys, i think there both like 205-210

Edit- Wow, Garcon is listed 210 and Morgan is listed at 219. Morgan is big haha.

Royal is definitely small, but I wouldnt consider 6'0'' 210 small. Especially with how strong after the catch Garcon is.
