@InstantRHIplay
Curtis Samuel said he wasn't concerned about there being no clear cut quarterback in Washington. He's focused on his job and making their job easier to throw to him.

Re: WFT Free Agency
Absolutely. I had this thought as soon as he was cut.

Re: WFT Free Agency
I brought up Fisher earlier in the week. Definitely worth at least assessing. Achilles will make an evaluation tough though. He might remain an FA for a couple of months and be a reasonable pick up post draft?

Re: WFT Free Agency
He didn't get cut, he was an FA and signed elsewhere. The question is actually why not match/better the offer? They probably didn't see enough from him to warrant the extra cost compared to other talent on the roster/in their sights.

WFT Free Agency

I don’t believe he left on his own accord. I thought He was cut due to health concerns from his tricep tendon injury. Don’t believe there was an offer at all? |

Re: WFT Free Agency
I think that ol-Fitzt magic will win us some games next season, we'll be good enough to win the East and lose to the Bucs again in the first round!!

Re: WFT Free Agency
Good update from Keim:
Looking ahead: Washington, with approximately $21 million in cap space, has mostly exited from the big spending stages of free agency. It will make some other signings, emphasizing depth or re-signing more of their own such as corner Fabian Moreau or LB Jared Norris on one-year deals. There will possibly be more low-end signings post-draft as well, once the team sees what it needs. Carrying cap space into 2022 will be a goal as well. John Keim, ESPN Staff Writer

Re: WFT Free Agency
It's starting to look like we will look to resolve the LB and TE needs through draft.. Maybe FS too if we don't sign Tre Boston.

Re: WFT Free Agency
I think Keim said that someone like Tre Boston would be a post-draft signing (if he's still available). Likewise, I can see the team going after Ertz if/when the Iggles release him post draft.

Re: WFT Free Agency
Steven Montez will play all of those positions.
