Re: 10/1/06: Jacksonville (2-1) at Washington (1-2)

I just got back in town today from my company's manager conference in Dallas and it was awesome as hell to watch the end of the game among all of those cowpie lovers. Myself and a couple others flicked off Texas stadium as we rode and flew past it and if I could have I would have spit out the plane on it. Just finished watching the recording of the game and it was awesome to see the offense work so well against one of the top 5-10 defenses in the league. Defensive secondary really needs Springs back in the mix, but did excellent in stopping the run and getting some pressure on Leftwich not only on blitzes but just by the line alone. This was an extremely encouraging game because in past years this would have been the type of game the skins let get away but the offense really stepped up and lead the team. And major props to the o-line which once again didn't give up any sacks, a handfull of qb pressures, and were absolute beasts running the ball against one of the top 5 defensive lines in the league. HTTR!!!!

I believe if you flush a few times you can achieve a much more fitting response.

Here to help.

The team came of age today, great plays in crunch time. Defense gave up too many big plays, but an overall good performance. OL played great.

Re: 10/1/06: Jacksonville (2-1) at Washington (1-2)

This is a GREAT win. What a running game displayed today. CP and Betts combo was absolutely dominant and the O Line was just mowing people over. Now if we can get the D back in line (Springs and Joey S) this team has a chance to be VERY good.

HAIL!!!!!!

I'm disappointed with our pass defense. We need Springs back.

Very true, but we also need to be more careful when we blitz. 3 blitzes today resulted in big plays. Our secondary needs help, not to be left out all alone.
