Been watching Mad Men season 3 on demand lately, getting excited for next Sunday's season premiere.

Same here I am on episode 4 season 3 so I have to catch up by Sunday at 10. What a great show!

Finally got around to watching Dexter, seasons 1 and 2. I think it's pretty entertaining. I find it morbidly funny to root for a serial killer.

re: What Shows Are You Watching?

Over the weekend I got together with some friends and watched some reality TV on demand.

I find myself addicted to Work of Art on Bravo and the OCD Project and You're Cut Off on Vh1.

Work of Art is actually a really neat show. I like watching artist create incredible pieces of art out of literally, things they picked up out of a bin or simply creating pieces of art out of scratch. Pretty amazing stuff.

But You're Cut Off... Hah, nothing like watching spoiled rich women try to survive a "normal" life without mommy's/daddy's/sugar daddy's money. Oh and there's a woman on there who we all pretty much unanimously agreed is a prostitute since she lied about where she worked, (said she's an investment banker on wall street, yet couldn't say what she specialized in) and from then on out wouldn't disclose her job except saying that she works hard to be able to afford the expensive things she does and that she doesn't get support from anyone.

Ah. Trash reality TV. My favorite guilty pleasure.

The Office is about Michael Scott. I can't see it any other way. Him leaving would be like if they killed Tony Soprano off in season 4 and then tried to keep The Sopranos going. The Office has great characters but the basis of the show is centered around what it is like to work in HIS office with people that work for HIM.

Thoughts on last nights season opener for Mad Men?

I liked it and like the past three seasons it seems this one will start out slow.

****SPOILER******

It is odd to see them in the new agency.

Don getting slapped was a bit...odd. What I'm wondering is are Cosgrove, Sal, and Paul no longer part of the show? And do we need to start a Mad Men thread?

Might be a good idea to start a new thread.

Cosgrove I got to think is out, Sal will show up when they need an art director, some how Paul will get in the mix as well.

Unless, here is my thought Cosgrove, Paul and company become the competition and they build episodes where the two firms are fighting for the same business. I could definitely see that happening.

I think Sally pulled a wild card on the producers over the past 8 months, she had a major growth spurt and is no longer a chubby little girl.

Did anyone catch Rubicon? Looked good but I was to beat to watch it.

Yes I did, have been waiting for this show since I first watched the teaser opening show in July. I really like those type as the plot really makes it fun to watch. I think you will like it if you watch it.

Another show I enjoyed was "Justified" on FX will enjoy seeing if the second season is as good.

Yes on the odd bit. I am betting Paul & Cosgrove is gone, and Sal returns.

Yes on the Mad Men thread.

Anyone else think ole' Henry is having second thoughts?

re: What Shows Are You Watching?

Show's been off the air for five years...but watching Everybody Loves Raymond as a married man puts a whole different perspective on it. Always found it funny, now I find it funny and relatable (at times)

Hmmm... I should revisit. Funny how things take on a new prospective when you have big life changes marriage, kids, etc...

I'm almost done with season 1 of Friday Night Lights, it's probably my favorite show right now
