That is what I was thinking to. Maybe MS was bringing smoke screening to a whole new level. Why would JH be so fourth coming about the Skins when the NFL is so hush hush.

Well I don't know what Allen connections to Indy he's talking about, and I happen to be (one of the few, I know) who doesn't believe we're as inclined to trade up with St. Louis as is perceived.

I'd be curious to see when have the insiders been correct about something the Redskins were going to do in the MS/BA era. Weren't some people saying that Peppers to DC was a done deal? Just curious.

Some were...others weren't

At this point I wouldn't get too worked up over Peppers. We're not high on his list and he's not high on ours. If we did sign him, it would mean that other options fell through for both sides.
