I am mixed on the hire, but I am happy with the tone of the team concept. Everyone working together, harmony, balance, and so on.

Uh, what about fixing Special Teams? Last season, we had the worst ST that I can ever remember by any team on any level. That hurt us in every single game we played.

They're grown men, not a middle school team. It's not like the guy is Rutger's Mike Rice. If this is his style, so be it, just get out there and execute.

I was a big fan of Bobby Knight. Sure choking kids and throwing chairs isn't conventional, but you can't deny his passion and he knows how to motivate a team to play for him, even if it's out of fear.

I'd take a coach who throws Gatorade jugs at the refs when they hand Dallas and the Giants points with horrible calls. Someone needs to care about winning around here.

They're grown men. You think the Cowher's, Tomlin's, Belichick's, and Harbough's etc don't drop a f bomb when they're upset with the execution of a practice.

I think I'm being realistic. Jon Gruden and Haslett's recent history isn't that good.

Negative would be suggesting getting Gruden and keeping Haslett is the best we could do, because nobody really good will work for Snyder. Like it's the Zorn situation all over again, we only made him HC after everybody really good turned us down.
