This organization just doesn't know how to run a pro team. It starts with the owner who doesn't know how to put the right people in place.
The team has sucked since Snyder has taken over, and it seems the team will continue to suck as long as he has the final decision on everything. |

Honestly, I could not have said that better myself! I have said several times myself, that the only constant in the Redskins misery has been Dan Snyder. The team has had good players over the years, and some decent coaches, but the one constant problem has been Dan Snyder. (sorry for the rant)
