Great news for us (and my Fantasy chances) Here is hoping he gets TD or three. That said know my luck he'll suit up but not play.

The Giants....unlike us, go into their season contests against the Redskins believing they're going to win....It's a quiet confidence they have because they've had so much success against us in the past. They don't hope or wish maybe they will win, regardless of the situation or circumstance they honestly believe (to a man) they will beat the Redskins whenever or wherever they play them. We know it's not a lack of respect because we've played so many close games with them.

There was a time when we played with that same type of confidence. We didn't go into games thinking maybe....hoping....if'ing....we "might" win. We knew we were going to win, and I envision us now beginning to develop that kind of mind-set again.
Damn skippy. I feel like we've at least gotten centered as a team and have direction. Intangibles, certainly, but it's the best I've felt about this team in a long time.

That said, I sure hope we win tomorrow. lol

Especially since they're thin at the corner and d end positions.

And also considering that the redskins also have some wideouts that run block well.

I tend to have more fun if I believe. I know that probably sounds really corny, and that attitude gets me crushed time after time....but when we win - I feel like a guy who went to visit his wife every day in the hospital who was in a comma and she finally woke up!

Re: Redskins vs. Giants pre-game thread

I am hoping that if the giants are coming into this game confident on offense -- they are in for a rude awakening. I am hopeful that Cofields seeming confidence translates on the field on Sunday. Look for Fletcher to shutdown Jacobs, especially early on. That probably would be Cofields biggest contribution to the redskins -- allowing the linebackers to make plays against the run.

If Fletcher has a good game; Cofield is playing well.

Fletcher always plays well. If Fletch goes OFF, then you know Cofield is playing well.

Re: Redskins vs. Giants pre-game thread

When Tuck says he's not worried about cofield sharing what he knows with the rest of the redskins and "crazy" to think that they haven't change things up -- the more I believe that the giants ARE worried. Why would the giants change anything for one player?

Not for one player.. just overall tweaks and adjustments between seasons based on success, personnel, etc
