^I agree Matty you don't give a player of Haynesworth's caliber to the superbowl winner without stinging them a bit.

Also heard Hicks was picked up to play the RT position.

Re: Draft News for the Warpath

Kirk Morrison may be available, maybe he can play inside next to fletcher.

Rocky for Kirk straight up?

I'd do that deal and maybe throw in a 5th. Morrison is a far better player than Rocky will ever be.

Hmmm. So lets see no Detroit, New Orleans, Tampa. Minnesota has all but said no, and the Titans are sitting there with a 3rd round pick with Jeff Fisher saying that the door is closed on a possible Haynesworth trade.

But but but

JLC!!!!!

JasonLaCanfora

Plenty of sources still convinced Albert Haynesworth is dealt today, most likely to Titans for a 3rd rd pick. More on NFL Network/NFL.com

He seriously won't let it die. Titans for a 2cd now.

Here you can skip PFT and read the same stuff he has been saying. Not worth the effort to be honest.

It has as much substance as everything else he has said, so take it for what it is worth.

I know. JLC is the man. It's hard to imagine him ever being wrong. It's even harder to envision him with an axe to grind against the Redskins and using his national stage to start s**t.

Perhaps not coincidentally, Big Al's agent was talking with Titans officials this morning (reportedly)

Still at least one other team involved potentially

^That would be a stupid trade. For a 3rd? Hell no.
That is the kind of bullshit trade I am worried about the Redskins doing. Out of desperation to get in the 2nd or 3rd they give away AH.

Or do the other players avoid wearing the numbers out of respect?

None of those numbers are officially retired by the Redskins, but the Redskins definitely have taken #81 out of circulation. As they have with 44,7,9,28 and probably a few others.

The Skins have only one officially retired number, 33. Numbers such as 81 are unofficially retired. 83 and 84 are still in circulation. See James Thrash and Marko Mitchell.
