Re: NYG Part 1 Gameday Thread

One of the most underrated decisions in our recent history was signing McKissic to that 2 year deal. We've needed him badly. Great compliment to Gibson.

I was just going to point out how well TH runs this offense. He really hasn't had any offschedule or crazy plays either. Just making the offense move.

If he had the exact same talent but was 6'3 and 220lbs he would definitely be 1 of the best 32 QBs in the NFL. But unfortunately he is so small by NFL standards.

Drew Brees was small. TH is 6'1" and around 210. That is not small by any standard.

I thought Brees was 5'11" but just looked it up he is 6'0 210. So basically TH's size. I stand corrected.

I also like that the offense overcame the bs ball spot and scored.

I don't care what anybody says. Heinickeeeeeee is the best we've had at QB since Cousins.

Totally different type QB. But also, some smaller guys somehow don't get injured often. But some do. TH tends to get injured. Not like he is soft or anything, he just gets hit with legit injuries.

Re: NYG Part 1 Gameday Thread

If we can just end the 1st possessions tied at 0-0 we would be in very good position.

This 1st possession issue on both sides has to be rectified yesterday.

Is he that different? Honest question. Drew Brees made up for his shortcomings with moxie. Heinicke sorta has that vibe. Not saying he is Drew Brees just that maybe there are some similarities.

Hopefully the extra pounds help with that. You know I had 11 shoulder dislocation in a 7 years span and thought I would never see the end of it. Surgery and switching to body weight exercise + boxing helped me have no issue whatsoever for 6 years now. I'm aware I'm not playing in the NFL, point being it is possible to overcome body limits.

Seriously! It has been a staple of RR's games here.
