The team is better off without him and I am tired of everyone who is trying to create some nostalgia. Well guess what, there is none. Lavar's legacy is two straight 8-8 seasons. Although I will always cherish the hit, it is ironic that Aikman (a hall of fame champion) had his career ended by a perrenial loser who wasted all of that potential. |

Re: Lavar Tribute
That hit was sweet and legal!
The best out of bounds hit was Taylor's assault and battery on Julius Jones this year! ha ha ha |

Re: Lavar Tribute
Hey mental midget. Lavar is no longer a Redskin and he will probably end up with a star on his helmet since Philly signed Barber today. Like Hollywood Hogan said, "Either you are with us.......... or against us!!!"
I was watching Dexter crushing Danny White when you were running down your mom's leg... |

My advice: take two ridilin and try making a point without insulting people. I mean I know Lavar isn't someone we should all look up to since he's not a gun-wielding thug like some other players, but there's no reason to get belligerent about it (fyi: belligerent means overly hostile or eager to fight).

Re: Lavar Tribute
seriously just chill big man
hahaha...hogan... plus lavar will always be a redskin...he said he couldn't see himself wearing a cowboy uniform and he's classy guy the money doesn't matter as shown w/ the 4million we owed him plus he is thinkin about joinin antonio pierce in NYG. you don't have to prove yourself as a skins fan even if you hated a redskin. just because he's not a redskins anymore doesn't mean you can't like him. D. Green isn't on the skins still my favorite redskin. |

Re: Lavar Tribute
why don't you put the highlight when he scored the td vs. carolina when they were 0-5 and he turned the season around, or maybe when he scored a td to beat the cowboys

Re: Lavar Tribute
I hope he goes to Dallas. You know Parcells wont put up with him when he cries. Plan and simple Lavar saw the writing on the wall. He knew he could not play here or did not want to work as hard as he had to, to be good. Thats is why he said that they can mold someone else. It is amazing how he said all this love about the Skins and not wanting to play else where or retire, then gets a change of heart. You can not tell me it was about money. It will hit him what a mistake he made when he is wearing a Cowpukes uniform walking out to play at Fed Ex. I think his burgandy blood is dried up.

Dude always played for percentages and contracts. He and Norv always used to say the same things... "Well, we went out there and competed real hard. I fealt like we were in the game until late in the fourth. We'll just have to practice hard this week, and maybe we'll have better luck next week." WHAT A COUPLE OF LOSERS! I think Jeff George was a first rate jackass, but at least his problems came from not being able to control his short passes, not because he was scared to lower his passer rating. Does anyone here remember when George started to ignore the coaching a bit, and just starting airing it out. 20 yard in patterns on a dime? Like he did in Minnesota, under a coach that had the stones to call productive plays? |
