It's worse than TO, and it's also time to let it go, we have enough problems with what we're trying to deal with on our own team without incoperating someone else's problems.

I am a LaVar fan. But I am a Redskin fan first. I cracks me up how people rag on him all the time, but can't seem to forget about him and keep posting stuff.

I, of course, am only contributing to the madness!

Re: Arrington...

Well since LaVar spent so much time talking about it in the public, we feel obliged to return the favor. It's not like his issues with the Skins, his injury and his agents happened in a corner. He was, and still is, on the mike talking about every chance he gets. So we as fans feel some vindication in his slight demise, unfortunately.

290, damn it, we'll be down to 270 soon enough. Once that happens, forget it. I'll blow my Arrington running half-speed.

Re: Arrington...

He was good because of his speed. Never was the consistent reliable get the job done guy. Never the power guy. Never the full package coverage/run guy.

He was what he WAS...amazing...because he reacted quickly to a play and got to the ball like a missle. Well, now that he isn't even fast for a linebacker, just average i'd say...so you have a guy out there who doesn't cover well, doesn't stuff the run well, doesn't take care of his assignment well, and therefore doesn't play well.

Think about all of his great plays, he flew across to make a tackle, ran down a guy like he was standing still, caved in aikmans head on a play where 99% of other linebackers wouldn't have gotten close to him before he was out of bounds.

You add speed and every bit of that changes......I hope he doesn't find that speed against us.

Re: Arrington...

I wonder if Lavar's knee problem isn't degenerative. I was worried that he would be healthy and return to form all quick like, but he keeps getting slower, and slooowwwwerrrrr, and sssssllllllooooowwwwwwweeeeeerrrrrrr....

At this rate he'll be out of football next year.

LA asked to leave the Redskins organization and he did just that. In my book that makes him water under the bridge. When you leave an organization of your own free will, you don't come back. To do so implies that you failed in your preferred career path choices.

Don't look for him to come back after all the bridges he burned with the Redskins organization.

Other than that, I wish him well in life.
