Didnt Gibbs used to do stuff like this in his first time with the team, but he used like parking spots and stuff... It wasnt the parking spot but the self-pride and the sense of accomplishment for the player. Like stated earlier in this thread the money isnt the motivator its the sense of accomplishment and competivitness between the o-line.

No way will this make a difference. These guys fart 20 and 50 dollar bills.

Go old school and make them stay on the practice field 10 minutes additional for each infraction.

Their time is more valuable to them
