The wager line appears consistent at 2.5 points.

My Redskins loyalty springs eternal however --- I know the Skins can overcome such overwhelming odds!!!

Stop Stephen Jackson, deny the deep ball, and be sure Torry Holt doesn't have a big day, and the Skins should easily cover the spread.

Jeff Posey will probably start if Washington can't go. Being a 2.5 dog is a good thing for us beacuse we seem to relish the underdog role, so that's all good.

The only way we'll cover the spread is if Stan Marsh is our QB.

Re: Skins are 2.5 point dogs in St. Louis

thanks for posting this Zimmermans! I'd been looking for the spread the past couple days.
Seems a reasonable spread, who knows what we'll do each sunday? I'd like to think the D got a taste of success & liked it, and that on O we'll continue power running w/deep throws when opportunity knocks. I think we may break 30 this week. My score, Skins 31-20 w/the rams scoring a late td to make it respectable.

I would have expected a 5 point spread. Why is it the Vegas people are giving us respect when we have 5 wins?

i think the skins team that beat new orleans is the skins team many expected to see this season. not the 5-9 team that keeps taking the field each sunday

Look not to the Redskins for the final outcome - look to the (worse than us) Rams.

After starting 4-1, the Rams promptly reeled off a 1-7 stretch. They won last week, against the lowliest of the low, the Raiders. This Rams team is not good. We're not great. Not good is worse than not great. Redskins by 4.

Look at the Rams' wins -- Raiders, Packers, Cardinals, Lions, upset over the Broncos in week one, and splitting with the 49ers.

Losses to Seattle (twice) Carolina, Chicago, Kansas City, San Fran, and San Diego.

Typical mediocre team -- beating the weaklings, losing to the good teams.
