StubHub.com! Check them out for selling your tickets. Since you know that you are only going to three games, you might work a deal with them now on the game tix you won't use. That way you have an upfront commitment for your unused tickets.
Ticket brokers will work with you, too. Congrats on your tickets. |

Please be sure - before you plunk down any cash - that the seats do not have a "partially obstructed view". They'll be a bit difficult to unload if they do.
