Seriously, what's the downside to grabbing this guy...

Re: Pac Man Jones Rumor.
Very scary. I heard the same story. Wow. If it's true, how stupid can some people be. I mean, I just don't understand it. Is it that hard to go out and have a good time w/ out killing someone? It's becoming more and more common. 15-20 years ago you didn't hear about these things. Players just got drunk and got in fights.
Some horror stories are now being leaked about the All-star weekend in Vegas. Jason Whitlock was reporting on the John Riggins show, that Vegas was out of control w/ rapper thugs. He said he and his friends were uncomfortable and they aren't the smallest guys in the world. |

12th, when I first saw the thread title I thought you were going to say you heard a rumor that we wanted to trade for this clown, I'm glad that's not the case.

Re: Pac Man Jones Rumor.
Did anybody hear the audio replay of the nightclub's owner (Susnar?) on the Dan Patrick Show about 20 minutes ago?. He described the events in extreme detail. I wonder if there is a security video somewhere with this?

Personally as a black man, I'm tired of all these young black athletes setting bad examples for are youth. I'M TIRED OF IT! Jason Whitlock hit it right on the head. The NBA All Star weekend was just a joke. One of my friends went and he said it was totally out of control. People just acting like a bunch of fools. A bunch of wanna be rappers and gangsters acting like hood rats. It's just ridicules. |

Re: Pac Man Jones Rumor.
Had the Titans selected Carlos Rogers, and the Cards stayed with Antrel Rolle, I bet Gibbs would have taken Pac Man at the time. From that perspective, perhaps I should refrain from ever complaining about the Rogers pick, even if he does have hands of stone.

Re: Pac Man Jones Rumor.
Even though the NFL is full of punk thugs, the NBA is far worse. I'm glad the NFL is known as the "No Fun League" and does things like fining players for uniform violations, does not permit excessive celebrations, and suspends players involved in criminal behavior. The NFL could and will improve it's image by cracking down on idiots, but it's definately better than the NBA.

Maybe we could sign him up and Taylor could help him mature.

Re: Pac Man Jones Rumor.
If this is true, then Pacman's a total coward. He got punked by a bouncer, and so he's got to shoot him to prove he's tougher? What a bitch. "Guns are for pussies."
