I have little doubt that was written by a Skins fan. "Loaded receiving corps" ??? Having two #3's doesn't = loaded IMO. Moss is very good, but beyond that....

And last time I checked Smoot was the #3 corner...

I do love the optimism though.

Funny as hell, the authors must have been high on coke. If our Offense was crisp I could buy into that, but they look sloppy at best. With JC and Moss we will get some nice bombs going, but not much else. Portis isn't going to get past week 8 and Betts in preseason has looked lame.Every other team I have seen so far has had more fluid offensive production. Don't even get me started if JC goes down!!!!!

I don't know about high on coke. All they said is the NFC is wide open and they picked the sleeper: Washington Redskins.

If our offense clicks, even just a little above the league average we will make the post season. It's all about giving yourself a chance. Make it to the playoffs and anything can happen. I'm actually feeling pretty optimistic, not pessimistic like you.

Are you still pounding your head against stadium walls?

Hey as long as we get there I will be happy and the NFC is wide open like they said so I dont see the half asses opinion there. If everyone stays healthy we will make a run and for the guy who says panthers suck if you havent noticed every other season since 2003 they go off.

2003- nfc champs
2004- no playoffs
2005- nfc runner-ups
2006- no playoffs
2007- expect them to go off.

I'm not sure what to make of the Panthers, they have become quite an enigma year-end and year-out. I think they better do well this year or John Fox might begin to sit on the hot seat, as silly as that may sound.

If the Panthers are any good this year, it will be after Delhomme gets benched for Carr. Delhomme's best days are behind him.
