Re: Look who's eating crow?
I couldn't agree more. She rarely has a positive word to say about anyone. I think her entire career has been built upon bashing atheletes. I recall a number of years ago during the Sydney Olympics, she had an entire article dedicated to the things she didn't like about Australia. She is paid to go and attend the Olympics and all she does is gripe. And for anyone who has been to Sydney, it's a pretty fantastic place. She's awful.

Re: Look who's eating crow?
Matty, you are absolutely right. I was reading some of the Post editorials and she has been quiet for three weeks. I don't know what kind of responsibility she has with the Post, but she only writes a Redskin article after a loss. Mike Wise and Thomas Boswell always have insightful articles, win or lose, even Michael Wilbon chimes in every now and then. Sally Jenkins is a joke. Either she reports on the Skins or she should just stay quiet.

Don't you guys think it's too early to jump on or off the JC bandwagon? It's way to early!

Even if he struggles I won't mind waiting and watching him come into his own in this offense because he has shown the promise of being able to run this offense well.

Re: Look who's eating crow?
Yeah I thought that and dont get me wrong I'm still not sold but the whole idea is he's proven more these three games then i expected. He has put us in position to score and win. Last years JC wouldn't have done last weeks play change or check down that gave us the go ahead score. Two close games in a row that we won. Last years JC would've cost us at least one game with a pick or late fumble. He's maturing so raise up and show a little love.

Re: Look who's eating crow?
Think about this too guys...wait until we get these rookies going- Thomas, Kelly and Davis. If these guys live up to thier billing, Campbell will have a pretty good arsenal. In the Saints game he hit 9 different recievers and in the Cards game he hit 8. Coupled with Zorn's unpredictable playcalling, we could hang with anyone.

Re: Look who's eating crow?
Lets see how clear heads are after the next two weeks. To me we are still in great shape at 2-3. I just hope we gain some experience and our learn curve speeds up. Then our schedule gets fairly easy and everyone in the NFC East has to come to our house.

Re: Look who's eating crow?
I was on JC and Zorns ass myself, not to the extent of some, but anyway,I'll happily eat crow, props to JC and Zorn.I've only been able to see the first game, but i've been impressed with what I've been reading.2 calls that I've heard Zorn do just please me to no end,the 4th and 2 call in the NO game, then last week passing on 2nd down to get the first to run out the clock,as much as we all love Gibbs,I dont think anyone here would argue that he would make those calls

Re: Look who's eating crow?
I hear what you guys are saying, but Campbell has yet to beat that team in Texas. And until he does, he has not proven he can play for the Redskins. Thats just my opinion. We'll see what he does this week.............

Re: Look who's eating crow?
Hey, he's shown he can play ball, but he's got to sustain it--and win on the road, which is tough to do!
But what's most impressed me is the comeback and great play in the 4th quarter. That's what we haven't really seen before. In part it's JC and in part it's Zorn, but it's all good. He's going to have both ups and downs this year, no doubt. Let's see how he handles the next round of adversity, which is surely going to come. So long as he keeps growing, we'll be fine.
