Who do YOU want to be the GM??
Well the way he runs this team what good coach in his right mind would want to coach here to begin with?

PLEEEEEAAAASSSEEE not another sub par 8-8 season I really had high hopes, but Campbell still looked herky jerky and scared to me Receivers couldn't get open. The Giants showed us how to be professionals that have really worked on there craft during the off season, where we look like a team that thought we could just turn it on during the regular season.

Re: When will Synder wake up?

He needs to bring in a real football guy as GM. But no real football guy wants to work for Snyder. Vinny stays around because he doesn't have the stature or I suspect, the desire to face down Snyder. Why ruin a good thing? So, Snyder gets to indulge his childish and often irrational whims.

Vinny has, like so many of the FAs he's signed, parlayed tangential proximity to success in other places into a cushy, apparently lifetime gig here in Washington making us all miserable. He's the Adam Archuletta of GMs.

Sooner or later, though, Snyder will run out of marketing splash and be forced into sending him down the road. That year's big move that will put us over the top.

Professional GM and to build through the draft. The list of stupid ass free agents we have given money to is laughable and how we give away draft picks is unforgivable. The FO deserves alot grief during Snyder tenure so far. Take a look at the FO of Pats, Steelers and Giants those guys do it right and rarely overpay. I was checking out some of the contracts of our current guys off Warpath salary cap, man its unbelievable.

I'm not sure that it was Dan Snyder who missed blocks and missed tackles today.

So what do we do right now? Fire all of the coaches and start from scratch in September? That's the recipe for having a Lions-like season.

Ive always liked Dom Capers as a DC... too bad we couldnt have brought him in before the packers snatched him up.

Well you typically don't fire the coach of your most effective unit. He also runs a scheme that none of our players particularly fit.

I'm not dead but this team is dead to me...but now that McCloughan is here they may have new life!

Jay Gruden = Zorny McSpurrier
Kirk Cousins = Next Grossman

Well im just sayin, everyone seems to want us to go to a 3-4. that was our chance to get a good DC to help in the transition.. he did coach Jacksonvilles D as a 4-3 so he can do both.

Re: When will Synder wake up?

Look, Dan woke up and stopped blaming the coaches, the recievers, the offensive line, and the running backs. He releaized that it was the quarterback. He tried to get one for us, but it did not pan out. We have a good team. We will beat the lesser teams, and lose to the elite teams. We will do it with defense, and not offense. I think we can still be ten and six.

He tried to go out and get Jay Cutler, who has thrown 4 passes to green shirts tonight.
