Re: Divisional round predictions

Colts
Chargers
Cards
The other team also starts with a "C". I can't bring myself to type it but it's obviously not the Vikings. The Vikings have turned their offense into a passing offense neglecting one of their best weapons...AP. If all they do is pass...that other team will pin their ears back and be all over them. This pick is for that flaw in the Vikings offense. I hope I'm wrong and I hope they use AP and wear down the defense. I've never done this...a very sad day indeed. Get it together Vikings! Aw screw it. The Vikings kick their ass!

Re: Divisional round predictions

After last week's suprising outcomes, i'm not picking scores, just winners.

Ravens - The Colts are waaaaay better than the Patriots, but the Ravens are a complete football team. No way the Colts D can stop the Ravens running game, but Peyton Manning will keep this close. I think this game is going to see a lot of loooooong 12-play, 8-minute Ravens drives, followed by Manning leading the Colts to TDs in 2 minutes or less.

Chargers - The Jets don't stand a chance.

Cardinals - Would not be shocked if both teams score 35+ points

Cowboys - Oh Brett, why do you have to let me down?

I'm picking the Ravens and Cowboys for the Superbowl, although i'd much rather see Viikings take on the Colts. As much as I hate to say it, the Cowboys are the most complete team in the NFL. I hope the Ravens find a way to beat the snot out of them, though.

Re: Divisional round predictions

I see the Chargers winning it all. Hopefully the girls get stomped down this week.

Vikes of course with Jared Allen knocking Romo out of the game
Cardinals
Colts

I really hope Colts take it all, Peyton is too good a player to have just one SB

Re: Divisional round predictions

Surprised to see so many Ravens predictions with Flacco clearly not 100%. I'm not sure they can rely on him for very much.

I was 0-4 last week, so I'm trying to duplicate my winless streak...

Chargers
Colts
Cardinals
Cowboys

exactly, that's what's driving my thinking..Ravens defense is phenomenal but Manning is going to put up 25-27 points without breaking a sweat and I don't think that Flacco is going to be able to lead the Ravens offense to more than that.

I'm surprised, too, given that the Colts are at home and not long ago were undefeated.

Ravens pass D is suspect, But so is the Indy Run D. I suspect it could be similar to the game Miami played against Indy, where Baltimore has a huge ToP advantage, and still loses because Manning connects on several 1 or 2 and done drives for TD's
