Re: Redskins Vs Panthers - Lets break it down

Both teams are playing angry, having lost games in a frustrating fashion (albeit differently). For the Panthers, it somes down to whether Cam can get his act together, as I think our run D will get back on track. Forget the post-game tears, I want to see the guy fall apart during the game when he's thrown his second pick six to Kerrigan.

As much as I hate to say it as I would love to see us stomp the Panthers, I think it will be close with the Redskins edging them out in the final minutes -- 31-27 Redskins.

Re: Redskins Vs Panthers - Lets break it down

Hmmm, I don't know about this game. Part of me says, they beat us last year, ran all over our defense which was better than this years defense, and they'll do it again, because they're angry.

another part of me says that we win, we're at home, Panthers are 1-5 (even though they lost a couple of close ones), and Cam has been sucking this year, and we have RG3 which we didn't have last year when we played.

This game is going to be close.

Is Greg Williams just suspended from coaching with the Rams or......just kidding but maybe we need to start up a new bounty program cause it looks like we're trying to avoid the QB not hit him.

RG III rolls this game. Another 80+ yards rushing and 250 yards passing with 3 to 4 total TDs. Morris goes over 100.

Newton gets a little but not enough to keep up.

Skins win and we score at least 28+ points.

The LAST THING I want in this game is Cam Newton's smiling face saying they're back on track. He's annoyed the shit out of me this season and I'd love to see him have a full-fledged meltdown.

I think Griffin score 5 times total.

35-29 skins

i have no idea what the panthers are doing on offense, or defense for that matter.

i know they're not running the ball well w their backs. are they pass-heavy?

Could be a trap game for RG3 in that he tries too hard, tries to do too much, puts himself at risk etc.

Must win is a cliched term but it's truly the case here.

There's no such thing as a trap game for a 3-5 team.

It's a 'Must Win' for both squads, that'll make it more interesting.

It's in the favor of the Skins though.

Pay attention!

Trap game for RG3 in that he might want to try too hard, do too much. He has the weight of the franchise on his shoulders and knows, like the rest of us, this is a must win game.

what happens if we don't win this must win game?

griff has not tried to do too much at any point this season, i don't see him starting any time soon. i can't even envision him trying too hard, it's like envisioning him breathing too much air.

Cliched as it is, it is. The worst part is this is a game the Skins are expected to win. So short of a blow out win the teams not going to get a lot of credit beating a team with one win. And if they lose then Skins fans are really going to kirk out.

Re: Redskins Vs Panthers - Lets break it down

I think our receivers redeem themselves and RG3 shows who the best rookie QB to ever play is.
Redskins-48
Panthers-45 Hate to think of Cam running and passing on this defense. Ugh.

They r running a college wing T offense kinda like ours but there's is always out of shotgun, Griffin at least plays under center at times. They also go deep but aren't very successful
