Re: Hail to Alfred Morris!
I said prior to the game I wanted to see Morris with 150+, I had no clue he'd go for 200 and 3 scores. Unbelievable!!

Re: Hail to Alfred Morris!
Yeah, I thought he was just a Torain clone. Of all the things I thought about the Redskins this year, I wasn't any more wrong than I was on that evaluation.

Re: Hail to Alfred Morris!
Kudos is definitely in order. And so f'n humble during his postgame press conference. I love this kid, I hope he stays like this for the next ten years.

Re: Hail to Alfred Morris!
Alfred Morris is the real deal. Another unheralded Mike Shanahan running back does it again! I'm so proud of #46!

Re: Hail to Alfred Morris!
Definitely a Rigginsesque performance tonight. The offensive line was just taking it to those boys.

Re: Hail to Alfred Morris!
What I love about Morris is his mentality and determination that no one will stop him or beat him, just like his last TD.

Re: Hail to Alfred Morris!
He's gotten better in the open field too. Finding more moves in open space instead of plowing over and through defenders.

Re: Hail to Alfred Morris!
If I'm not mistaken Morris finished as the 2nd leading rusher in the NFL behind Adrian Peterson. Pretty impressive for a rookie 6th round pick, I guess we got the last laugh on the McNabb trade.

I think someone posted this before, but I figure this is the right place to re-post it.
Regular Guy as Running Back: Alfred Morris | Watch the video - Yahoo! Sports I'm a sucker for underdogs and nice people. He personifies both.

Re: Hail to Alfred Morris!
Hell of a pickup/find by Shanahan.
I remember back before the preseason began I thought it was a wasted Dennis Morris type of pick; All show on Youtube highlights but it wouldn't translate to the NFL. I figured Helu, Hightower and Royster were our guys and morris would be cut and on the Practice Squad...Wow I was wrong. If we cut this guy even two games into the preseason he would have been a star for whatever team had gotten him. Its going to be so much fun watching him and RG3 grow up in the same offense together for years to come. So glad he's been healthy too (knock on wood)
