1. Browns - QB not named Darnold
2. Giants - QB named Darnold/trade out so someone else can pick him
3. Jets - QB named Rosen or Allen
4. TRADE UP by someone else to get Saquon Barkley

If it were the Redskins using a strategy of we’ll just take whatever QB happens to fall to us I wouldn’t be very happy

I don’t want to be picking off the scrap heap when it comes to the most important spot on the field

If you’re not locked on to “your guy”, best to take another position

I think Cleveland's new GM knows QBs, and I doubt he thinks any of these qb's are gold star players. That's why I think he takes Barkley as his signature player, and builds the team with the oodles of picks they have. If you take a qb high second, and he doesn't work you can cut ties and be forgiven, but as we all know, if you take a qb in the top 5 -10 picks your career is staked to making him work.

Josh Rosen will be a better QB than Watson in 10 years just wait and see. Mayfield will be pretty good too, all the others I agree about. Allen has bust all over him and Darnold was a TO machine in college... Jackson is the most intriguing if he can stay healthy...

And I think somewhere in this first round the Patriots trade up and take Lamar Jackson.
