Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
Serious question, would people here play Trubisky, Cam Newton, Tyrod Taylor over Heineken?
I wouldn’t. Trubisky looks like garbage today

Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
he is about to be 32, never been a great passer but an ok one. Coming off a collapsed lung or pierced lung or whatever happened to him. I just wouldnt have him as a starter, hasnt been a full time starter since 2017.

Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
My thinking on needs in priority order:
QB MLB and OLB WR TE OL CB I have QB and WR in bold because we can arguably address both in FA, leaving picks for other needs or a developmental QB in the draft. But if we go with a vet (Fitz?) and draft a project QB, we have to use our highest picks on the other needs unless a really good QB drops to us, and I don't see that happening. Sinking everything into QB and leaving the cupboard bare to build a team around him with doesn't make sense (unless he's the next Tom Brady). Have to build a team (and be able to rebuild it in 3-4 years time) not chase an elusive franchise QB like we did RG3. |

Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
Sign Scherff
Sign Jonathan Allen Sign Heinicken Draft: ILB/OLB need one of each QB TE S CB WR OT Don't waste money on expensive free agents, especially old QB's. If Smith retires the only vet I would consider would be Stafford. Fucking promote Kyle Smith to GM or whatever has to be done to retain him long term.

He has a winning record, doesn't turn the ball over a lot, and can make plays with his legs. 32 isn't old, and I doubt he would cost much...not like a Stafford or Ryan would. |

Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
Truth is with our Qb luck we need to sign at least 8 on active roster 😀 Tyrod is okay but some of you hated case Keemun and tyrod reminds me of that type player ... what we need is a legit franchise QB ..and they are rare and do not come cheap ..
