Re: Clinton Portis

I hope Portis gets 143 yards this week against san fransisco, if he does he will become the 5th player in nfl history to rush for 5000 yards in 50 games. I also hope he ends the rushing td drought.

Re: Clinton Portis

I think what we are seeing here is a "Riggins" of the current era....crazy mad dude off the field and just tears it up on the field. Gibbs loves that stuff! Things are really starting to look ALOT like yester year!!!!!

Re: Clinton Portis

you are all crazy, he is the wrong rb for this team. next season get rid of him if we can. he hasn't really done much rock could do the same w/ less of an ego and hit the whole a lot harder.he doesn't fit into gibbs system, unless they start to dump screens(why?) bc our o-line is getting blown of the ball. he rarely gets 1 on 1 w/ and lb when he does he retreats to the sidelines like a qb or wide reciever. watch, he is competitive but at times i ? his heart???

Looks like the same guy I've been watching, although Rock is not the answer, Betts if he could stay healthy would be.

I'll refrain from any type of personal attack - because that isn't my way. However, if there was anytime where a personal attack would be called for, this would probably be that time.

Re: Clinton Portis

i guess there's dumb and then there's dumberer... if you think rock is our answer at RB, you're either his brother or possibly suffering for some sort of mental handicap...

Re: Clinton Portis

100+ yards, 3tds before being pulled with over 20minutes left in the game, sure seems like a system back to me :P
