Yeah I acknowledge he may have some struggles early on. But should we keep him on the bench til halfway through the season as PK hints at? I sure as hell don't think so.

Wait huh wha??? I thought his camp problems were that he holds the ball too long, because he was forcing through his progressions?

odd.

He was last seen leaving Redskins Park on the back of a purple unicorn, having told friends that he wanted to disappear somewhere over the rainbow. True story.

4.43 isn't slow at all.

I agree. Wasn't he considered the closest player to be a sure thing? I believe Kiper even ranked him as the best all around football player on his big board.

Yeah, I still say that within 3 years he will be a top 3 RB in the NFL.

Exactly. Richardson is quite possibly the best physical specimen to enter the league in the past decade. If he's slow it's only relative to Chris Johnson.

Sports Radio Interviews » Blog Archive » John Schneider Says Signing Terrell Owens Is Not an Indictment on the Other Wide Receivers in Seattle

Quote:
“In listening to everybody talk about how he takes care of himself and everything, here is a 38-year-old man that came in weighed 220 pounds and ran 4.45/4.43 and once he did that, I didn’t see that coming because a lot of people talk about how fast they are and they have been taking care of themselves at this time of the year and everything, but this was true. You could see the guys’ passion, you could see his intensity, his work ethic and that obviously rang through in that workout. He ran really well, dropped his hips really well, worked his way back to the ball, didn’t drop a ball and was really quite impressive.”

Terrell Owens - Seattle Seahawks - 2012 Player Profile - Rotoworld.com

According to GM John Schneider, the Seahawks timed Terrell Owens at 4.43 and 4.45 in the forty at 220 pounds before signing him.
