That would explain it! She has a crush on Shanny and Goat has an Oedipal complex.

Re: Mike Shanahan was Ready to Leave Washington after 2012 Season
Jenkins is a shill for Shanny plain and simple. The idiot articles about the skins disappeared when they hired him.

Re: Mike Shanahan was Ready to Leave Washington after 2012 Season
This is ending like he Zorn era with the coach doing things with the sole purpose of trying to get Snyder to fire him or publicly overrule him.
These last 3 games are going to be ugly.

Sums up the situation at hand.

Re: Mike Shanahan was Ready to Leave Washington after 2012 Season
I don't really know what's going on, and I still expect Snyder to fire Shanahan after the last regular season game. But I will still laugh my *** off if Shanny stays, and Danny says all this controversy was media hype, and RG3 despite the competitor that he is keeps positive about this situation.
I can dream this won't turn out to be the usual Redskin trainwreck, can't I? |

Not sure if this was posted elsewhere:
Former Shanahan quarterbacks pile on | ProFootballTalk One of my business partners is acquainted with Plummer and says he's just about the most stand up guy around. Think I've mentioned all this before and probably in more detail, anywho...

Re: Mike Shanahan was Ready to Leave Washington after 2012 Season
What if it's Snyder's people putting out all these rumors, including the one about Shanny cleaning out his office?

What would the logic be behind Snyder doing it? |

From what little I've seen of Shanny talking, and I trust you that Shanny hasn't been blameless in this, him not really addressing that rumor at all seems weird. |

The fact that Shanahan hasn't even tried to deny any rumors, doesn't make him look real innocent.

Re: Mike Shanahan was Ready to Leave Washington after 2012 Season
Agreed. Maybe the rumors true, but he didn't leak it? I dunno. I'm just struck by the way we're trashing Shanny for a move most people agree with. And one or two opinion articles have been posted here that Snyder's previous debacles with coaches really weren't primarily his fault. I feel like we're getting carried away with our Shanny hate, and that point, so I'm questioning everything about what's said now.

In Kyle's press conference today he said that he wanted to keep RG3 on the field. What is going on over there?

He's just staying out of the drama. Daddy is taking all the heat. Kyle gets to skip town without all the dirt on his hands.
