First, as you nicely pointed out for me, I am going to boot you because of the tone of your posts, not because you disagree with me. I have actually given compliments to people in several threads today even though they disagree with me (e.g., dgack and GTripp). I have respect for others that voice their opinions in a respectful way. You simply deserve no respect because you show none.

Second, I sent you a PM because I didn't want to air dirty laundry and get others involved (besides the other mods who all saw my PM). But, I guess you just don't know what the PM function is there for.

I think the problem here is that people looked at the score and decided the game was won. Who cares about the score? If the score was so important, we should have left the field in the middle of the third quarter.

Tell me I'm not right here. If the score is the only thing that matters in football, why the heck did we play the last 20 minutes of that game?

Good point. I actually wanted Gibbs to pull some of the starters because, after seeing Rogers and McIntosh go down, I didn't want to risk any more injuries. But, that doesn't go to class, that goes to whether Gibbs was smart for keeping guys out there. And, to that, many in the game thread reasonably suggested that it might do damage to the players confidence if we pulled them. The same cannot be said of Belichick's players, as they were clearly going to leave the field confident.
