Re: Redskins vs. Steelers Gameday thread

Is it possible for our offense to throw a pass longer than 10 yards? The short dink and dunk bullcrap isn't going to work against a defense as good as Pittsburgh's.

WE CAN STILL WIN LETS KEEP IT TOGETHER. Guess it's time to get Heyer back in there jesus we can't protect for shit, However the D has been awesome and they have'nt scored on us without a penalty or turnover. We know ben is good for another pick and we have 3 sacks in the 1st half so let's go skins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jansen just needs to retire. Plain and simple. I love the guy, but he's done.

Only way to have a chance in this game is for a score from special teams or defense. I know the Steelers D is good, but come on. Our offense isn't exactly chopped liver.

Let's face it if our offense doesn't make some big time adjustments at half this game may very well stay 10-6.

Jansen's just not the same anymore. Might be about that time for him to hang it up.

Re: Redskins vs. Steelers Gameday thread

This is pathetic, our line is a joke...well mostly Jensen. Big Ben keeps getting sacked and has two bad hands, yet he is still throwing more than JC. Too bad we're wasting a great performance from our defense with our pathetic shitty offense.

Just gotta keep slugging away, and maybe catch a break with a big special teams play or defensive turnover.

I say big special team, since our CBs can't hold on to the ball to save their life. That was not just a dropped INT by Rogers, he could have easily scored 6 and we'd be up 13-3.

Re: Redskins vs. Steelers Gameday thread

I love Rogers' play this season, but holy shit what a big drop. What should have been a pick-6 eventually led to the blocked punt and a short field for the Steelers TD. I would argue that it was a 14 point dropped INT in a defensive stalemate. Carlos MUST learn to catch the frickin' ball!!!

I agree! That's why he's targeted so much: he doesn't come up with INTs and a lot of pass interferences. He's definitely improved this season, but it's stuff like that keeping him from being a pro bowl caliber CB.
