Not necessarily, it means that Cleveland can trade up to 2 and St. Louis can go to 4th and still get Blackmon or Kalil.

Word is he wanted a qb in place.. buuuut .. he does have 3 months to decide if he is his guy.. and a hell of a pick to trade out of if he is.. or stick with if not.. can't hate that scenario

GW was his DC at one time in Ten and he left for the HC gig in Buffalo.
