Re: Kudos to RG III
Joe Buck called RG3 (The redskins super rookie) during the baseball game tonight, it's so refreshing to not be a laughing stock anymore

Is it becoming almost racist that people only compare Griff to Vick and Cam? I dont mean people on this board but the media. Isnt Aaron Rodgers a mobile qb with a grea arm? Jeez. I understand the Cam thing because he took the league by storm just last year but other than speed is Vick anything like RG-3?

Re: Kudos to RG III
It's more lazy than racist. But I've heard comparisons to Rodgers and Young too.

Re: Kudos to RG III
After seeing 7 games so far I think it's safe to say we have a true super star in the making. The only thing I worry about is the Redskins braintrust messing this kid up and changing coaches/offense around every other year. Let this kid grow and continue to mold this offense around him.

RG3 on espn today. They said that after 7 weeks he is number one in completion % and yards per pass. Only two rookies in history have finished the year number one in both. One was our old friend Sammy Baugh. They didnt say who the other one was. Pretty impressive that he is there after 7 weeks though.

Because they were then stuck with Virgil somebody who didn't have the arm Cook did. So to compensate for the the QB's weak but accurate arm, Walsh (and Bill Johnson) created an offense to spread the ball around on short routes. The 3 step drop game was born.
