Re: Taylor Effing Heinicke

I am so happy we have such a crappy organization that QBs like TH are able to have opportunity to play NFL QB; if not for us so many young men would be bagging groceries instead.

If DS is looking for a tax break he should open up the starting QB position to Make a Wish candidates too.

Well it's directly because of DS that they're in this boat. I mean when was the last time a team just cut a QB they took in the 1st round before year 3 was finished?? Everyone in the organization advised against drafting him. At least AZ was able to trade Rosen and get something back...nope not this franchise.

^^ 40 min All 22 film breakdown of Heinike vs Chiefs game.

Guys are open, hes just not getting the ball to them.

---------

All this Heinike bashing aside ... the defense are reasons 1, 2 and 3 on why this start has been so demoralizing

Im going with a necessity. I do not think our o line is as good as others do. Regardless I dont think Allen is just going to stand in the pocket and pick teams apart.
In summary TH is not good and Kyle Allen is worse and there are no formations to make either if them good.

I’m sick of Heinke and Allen

We seriously need a QB this offseason…I’m down with Matt Ryan if he is available

Not to mention letting Cousins walk and trading fir Alex Smith. Just absolute incompetence from this franchise for years.

Ouch. 37 years old. We will be right back where we started from in a couple years. We have to actually draft a quarterback and than pay him. (Cousins)

I'm sure Turner and Ron are right there too.

They tried to swing big with Stafford, they need to swing big and connect this offseason.

If they try to bring back this current QB group we may see attendance in the 20k range next year.

This team needs a RGIII type of move to get this fan base excited again.

Re: Taylor Effing Heinicke

I wouldn't hate bringing in Matt Ryan, he's still playing pretty well.

Re: Taylor Effing Heinicke

I like Ryan but Turner likes rolling his QBs out and he's a statue. Although he'd be the best QB we have had since Kirk

If only we could find a guy like this...

"Kirk Cousins is playing some of the best football since he entered the NFL in 2012. After the first six weeks, Cousins ranks among the 10 best passers in the league in completion percentage, passing yards, passing touchdowns, interception percentage, and quarterback rating."
