Re: Around The NFL - Divisional Round

Denver's O and Bmore's O are pretty much on the same level. I almost take Tebow over Flacco at this point. The Pats get it done, you know Ed Reed is hurting as well. Bmore's biggest problem is their O-line, they have been pretty awful of late. Also to compare the 09 Pats (the Team Bmore beat in playoffs) to 11 Pats is waste of time especially on offense. Now they have the two big TE's, A better Welker, and a health Brady (09 just coming back from knee surgery). Tom knows his time is coming to a end he is not going to let this opportunity to add another ring to his finger slip away. I will be shocked if B-more wins this game. Plus something tells me Dark Hoody can come up with a game plan on D to at least hold B-more to less points then Tom's O.

Re: Around The NFL - Divisional Round
2 defensive teams are left along with 2 QB driven ones. Sounds about right.

Re: Around The NFL - Divisional Round
Giants, 49ers, Ravens, Patriots. 3 of those teams are coming in with hot QB's. Two of which are number one overall picks (don't know the last time we were able to say something like that). The Ravens are the only ones without a QB capable of carrying them right now and that could easily change in a moments notice.

San Fran could win the whole thing. They really could. As much as a I want see a Harbaugh bowl, I think San Fran-NE would be a really fun match up.

Re: Around The NFL - Divisional Round
Maybe we've got his thing all wrong. Screw worrying about the QB situation and hope the Skins draft guys to bolster the defense even more.

Not saying defense isn't important but without offense you can't beat a team like the Saints, especially when they put up 32 points. I will say though that defense has been a big reason the Giants are playing next week. Shutting out the Falcons offense and then holding the Packers to 20 points.

We need at least a very good, and hopefully elite, QB.

May I point also just as mike Goalic(sp) did this morning that the 2 really bad calls in the Packer game kept the drive from ending so they would not have scored had those BS calls not been made to extend the drives.

Re: Around The NFL - Divisional Round
Not wanting a probowl CB on your team is a strange argument. Mentioning Cromartie and Hall doesnt help it, both are well over paid for their performance.

Smoot has a thread on this. You should read it. Interesting to say the least.

Miss America asks Aaron Rodgers to call her | Shutdown Corner - Yahoo! Sports
Aaron Rodgers should be tapping that by next weekend. I would.
