I'm starting to think Rivera isn't the one for the job. Maybe if he gets rid of Turner and JDR he'll afford himself some time. If he sticks with both of 'em them he's cooked.

They don’t criticize Ron because he’s a nice guy. Well sorry it’s time for him to get some heat, Dude just stands there with no emotion all game. He says “we have to get better” every fucking week and we don’t.
