That is a feather in his cap, as is capturing Maduro. Problem we've gotten to in this country is credit is never given or mistakes and horrible behavior admitted to by each side. I still rank him as one of the two worst Presidents in US history given how corrupt he is and how he is crippling the US position as the worlds dominant power among many other things.

This supposed offer worked so well that Trump instead supplied Ukraine with weapons (Obama refused too) and moved missiles into Poland. Well Putin did invade Ukraine, only after Biden took office.

I have no issue with the capture of Maduro. Long overdue and Venezuela's instability was having a direct impact on the US and the entire hemisphere with a 3rd of the population fleeing the country. That said, what is the next step? The Chavismos still control the country.
