It seems like since ARE, has been blowing up as a wideout, he has not been as aggressive as a punt returner.

Moss owes us between 13-27 points. His fumble cost us anywhere from 7-14 points (14 if we scored a TD on that drive), his bumbled reception for an INT cost us anywhere from 3-6 points, and his bumbled deep reception cost us anywhere from 3-7 points. For one player, especially a wideout, to cost a team 13-27 points is straight-up crazy.
