Ask yourself this question, why do private schools educate their students better than public schools with less cost-per-student.

They don't.Reduce Federal programs ??? Public schools are all ready doing without, arts, phys Ed,music...etc,now you want to take what is left ...what is that lunch,in some place's the only meal of the day for kids..grants to the state and not the school ,so the schools in the really nice areas....that can afford their public education ,take from the ones that can't?
Requirments/regulations ,...like what ?You say "We spend a ridiculous amount per child, like howmuch and why do you think it's rediculous?Just seems funny that this wasn't an issue under G.Bush but now it's Obama's fault?

Re: 2012 Presidential Election (free for all edition)

As far as the junk bond loans to the risky green energy companies. I'll say the same thing I said about Solyndra, the energy portfolio has wildly under performed and has been a disappointment. Cronyism at work? Sure, maybe. Can't say for sure. "Corrupt" or illegal, I highly doubt that. Not with a Republican Congress itching to hang any scandal around Obama's neck every chance they get. If there was any impropriety, I'm 100% confident Darrell Issa would be on TV 24/7 bringing attention to it and having officials testify before Congress. The fact that he hasn't would give me pause if I were accusing the Administration of doing shady backroom deals. But that's just me.

I think if you dig deeper into the failures behind these companies they just couldn't compete with green companies abroad, namely China, and we started to pouring money into a black hole.

What gets me about the Solyndra deal is that Obama was warned that they had problems but ignored his own staff and gave them the money.

Leading from Behind

Barack Obama cancelled three operations to kill Osama bin Laden before finally going ahead with the mission at the insistence of Hillary Clinton, according to a new book.

The explosive allegation is contained in an expose by journalist Rich Miniter, who argues that the White House’s carefully-crafted narrative of Obama as a decisive leader who dispatched the al-Qaeda leader despite the doubts of advisers is a myth.

Please don't help re-elect this charlatan.

Not a huge deal to issue a no-go on a high-value target attempt. Would be interesting to see what info and sources are really there. "Unnamed Joint Spec-Ops" sources ain't cuttin' it.

I have a feeling not a single solitary sole will back up this man's claim. (probably because it's most likely not true) It's hard for me to believe the guy who's ordered 10 times the drone attacks that Bush ever did, assassinate Iranian scientists, to back down on killing Bin Laden. It doesn't add up or or even make sense. He's trying to sell his book to the far right crowd looking for another reason to hate Obama, and no better time to cash in than the 2012 Presidential election.

This is the "Greene County" Republican newsletter which is so far out in the sitcks in VA, I've never heard of it. Their vote totals for GOP primary were under 1000.

Dude, you blow anything I say out of proportion and infer things that aren't there. Is that how you normally encounter people? I posted the link to this article, and I made a back woods hick comment. I said nothing in regards to the article. I just felt it was amusing.

edit: I don't think they imply this is statewide in the slightest. They clearly state the Virginia Republican Committee is a newsletter and even mention it SEVERAL times. Question is, did YOU read it...lol
