This just makes me laugh. Play football but don't swap jerseys. This is good though https://touchdownwire.usatoday.com/2...r-2020-season/ |

Re: Offseason: Around the NFL
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports fans, wherever allowed, will be required to wear "face coverings" indoors.
As highlighted over the past month, the front office has a way of dodging pressing issues concerning the players and fans, instead opting for positive PR and whimsical spin to lessen the blowback. Nothing has been resolved regarding the preseason schedule, practices, training camp, economics, player options, gameday inactives and city-wide legislation for group gatherings. The league is running out of time to answer actual issues that could potentially halt the season from starting altogether. SOURCE: Ian Rapoport on Twitter

States right now are never going to let people have big gatherings ever again, so the only way we have a season is if it is completely off limits to fans. That being said, i do not think that the NFL will have a season this year, as I have expressed many times. At some point over the next couple of weeks, we will know if they are cancelling the entire season or not.

I know I know, NY Daily News is not exactly the most reputable source. But if true, IF TRUE, my god Dunbar and Baker have gotta be two of the most stupid criminals in the history of the NFL. They got text messages and video from the elevator? Jesus fuck what a bunch of dumb fucks.

Re: Offseason: Around the NFL
Why would the NFL cancel the season, given that playing without a crowd is entirely viable? Over here the football leagues have been fine since starting up again with measures in place, and likewise F1. Yes, it's a bit weird watching a game wiht piped in crowd noise, but it's still the same game. Just keep players, coaches and officials (and families?) in their own bubble and it's perfectly feasible. Damned sight more economically viable that not playing at all.
