This is why players play, coaches coach, and owners own, OWN. Not tell real football minds what scum bag players to draft. The only decision Jimmy Haslam should be making is whether to put Cleveland Browns bobble heads or foam fingers in all of his Pilot Flying J truck stops.

Jimmy "jack the discount" Haslam, he was a great choice for an owner from the NFL.

Re: All things off season 2015.

Great hire by the Raiders, they've had an outstanding off season hiring, Del Rio as HC, Tice OL, Brad Seeley ST, Musgrave as OC and Norton Jr. as DC.

Raiders hire Ken Norton Jr. as defensive coordinator - NFL.com

Raiders add Franklin as defensive line coach | CSN Bay Area

Re: All things off season 2015.

nice look at Johnny first season:

April 23-24, 2014: The former Texas A&M quarterback first met with Cleveland Browns team officials in April of last year. The Cleveland visit was just one of many he made in preparation for the draft.

May 8, 2014: A few weeks later, 6-0, 210-pound Manziel was selected with the 22nd overall pick, the second of the Browns' two first-round selections. The Browns traded up to get him.

June 17, 2014: The Cleveland Browns agreed to terms with QB Johnny Manziel. He would compete with Brian Hoyer for the starting QB position.

July 1, 2014: Cops were called to a party Johnny Manziel was attending. He was reportedly hanging out with Justin Bieber at his condo in Beverly Hills along with boxing champ Floyd Mayweather and Fast and Furious movie actor Tyrese Gibson. At the time Johnny said, 'he's just living his life.'

Aug. 20, 2014: Brian Hoyer named starting quarterback for the Browns.

Aug. 22, 2014: NFL fined Manziel $12,000 for an inappropriate hand gesture against the Washington Redskins. He was caught giving the bench players the middle finger.

November 29, 2014: Manziel's bodyguard was arrested for a DUI in downtown Cleveland in Manziel's car. One week prior to that, Manziel's roommate struck a fan who was "toying" with Manziel.

Dec. 9, 2014: No more sidelines for Johnny Manziel. It was announced that Johnny Football and his jersey, which had been a top-seller all season, would start in the Browns game against the Cincinnati Bengals at First Energy Stadium.

Dec. 22, 2014: After playing seven quarters as quarterback, Browns head coach Mike Pettine announced Manziel would be shut down for the year due to the hamstring injury he suffered in the game against the Carolina Panthers. He finished the year throwing 18-of-35 for 175 yards, 0 touchdowns, 2 interceptions, and 1 fumble. Manziel also added 29 yards on the ground with a touchdown.

Dec. 28, 2014: Travelling with the team for their last game of the season, Manziel missed hamstring treatment and was fined. Sources say Manziel had a party the night before and Josh Gordon attended. Both players said that was not true.

Jan. 23, 2015: Browns players reportedly lashed out against Manziel in an ESPN report. ESPN.com reports that Manziel was so late to meetings, it was hard to say how many times he had been fined. There are quotes from players saying Manziel's rookie season was a "100% joke". The article claims veteran players did not want to play for Manziel because his preparation was not good, he did not know the plays or call them right in the huddle, and generally was a disaster.
