We have witnessed the unfortunate conflict in the relationship and contract negotiations between Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Teresa Earnhardt. We regret and hope for resolution.
(JRS step mom is a cold hearted bitch, maybe jr will sign with gibbs or childress, and run here ass out of nascar.)
1-i'm sure jd gibbs will have the best treatment available, and god willing,he'll recover.

I've been meaning for a while to change this thread title but I've been too lazy about it. Going to change it now.

My prayers and best wishes to all who are contending with this horrible disease. I lost a 20-year old nephew to this disease in the fall ... it impacts the whole family.

The family Gibbs certainly have my prayers and moral support in this personal crisis. I hope they know that they are not alone in this battle. We care!

I know this isn't really important in the grand scheme of things but I think it's an issue nonetheless.

How could this impact Gibbs for this season and beyond?

If this issue takes a turn for the worse I could easily see Gibbs stepping down and who could blame him?

I saw clip of Gibbs on Comcast last night speaking to the fans via internet about the crisis.

He specifically mentioned that football is just a game and that it's third on his list of priorities right now. He said, God first, family second, and then football.

That being said, with the added stress that coaching an NFL team brings year round, I think Gibbs will step back with his wife and re-evaluate everything.

Re: Joe Gibbs' Grandson Battling Leukemia

This could certainly push Gibbs to retire from coaching--and I agree, who could blame him.

If they need him to help more at JG Racing, that also might put pressure on him as coach of the skins. We'll see. Prayers and best wishes to the Gibbs family!

Re: Joe Gibbs' Grandson Battling Leukemia

Right now I could care less about the 'Skins I just hope the poor kid pulls through.

The surgery he just went through was probably to install an IV catheter for chemotherapy. He's about to go through about 3-6 months of hell...

Man I feel sick for Taylor and the rest of the Gibbs family right now...

Re: Joe Gibbs' Grandson Battling Leukemia

My thought are with Joe Gibbs and his family. I had a grandfather pass away from Leukemia.... Hopefully all goes well and his grandson is able to recover... 2007 should be dedicated and they should "Win one for the Gibbster".
