Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
I would like to see both teams play their asses off.
This time of year sort of bothers me with teams playing half-assed. I know injuries area a concern, and the playoffs are all that matter, but by golly it's still football and make it competitive! I think the Patriots should play their starters to win and go into the playoffs knowing they are basically the best team ever. And the Giants should do the same - if they could beat the Patriots, talk about momentum going into the playoffs.

If they do beat the Patriots it could either be a lot of momentum or they could have a huge letdown the next game, as they basically already beat the "superbowl" team. I'd love to see it though. SCHADENFREUDE FOR EVERYONE!!!

Congratulations on Plaxico practicing. He's such a good role model for all of the children of New York.
Good luck in the first round of the playoffs. |

Re: Giants- New England...........TV History
I'm curious to know what you think about Belichick playing the starters for the whole game? It's quite a big risk. If you lost Brady, Moss, or an O-lineman, you're chances of winning the Superbowl would have decreased dramatically. Was it worth the risk?

They had to play their starters and go for the win.
